Windmill in Jamno
This small hydroelectric power station in Jamno was once a water mill, hence its name, the Miller’s House. The power station is located in Koszalin in Na Jamno street, right next to the new gravel bike path. At the Miller’s House, you will find a rest stop with a beautiful view of the river and the old mill buildings.
Interestingly, the building itself was erected in the 1980s, but the machinery inside dates back to the 19th century. Until the 1970s, the device was used to mill grain. In 1996, the turbine was reconstructed to generate electric power.
