The Water Valley is a fairly new attraction in Koszalin. Not everyone knows that it was created in 2013 as a storage reservoir on the Dzierżęcinka river. However, to the people of Koszalin’s great joy, the reservoir was adapted for sports and recreation purposes. The Water Valley has children’s playgrounds, a beach protected by lifeguards (during the summer season), football pitches, a floating fountain and a miniature golf course. In the summer months, there is also a wake park and a water bike rental shop. You can also go for a walk around the Water Valley, taking one of the comfortable and well-lit paths, or sit on one of the numerous benches with a magnificent view of the entire valley. The reservoir is also used for angling competitions and aquathlon races (combining running and swimming).
