The currently known temple in Polanów dates back to 1741 and was built on the site of an earlier one, which was destroyed in a fire in 1736. From the time of its creation until 1946, it served the Evangelicals, only after the end of World War II was it consecrated. Its original Gothic style has been somewhat lost with two redevelopments giving it more neo-Gothic accents. It is characterized by an irregular, polygonal chancel and a four-sided tower with a clock on the top. Inside, attention should be paid to the main altar from the end of the 19th century and two alternating paintings, depending on the liturgical period: Ecce Homo and Our Lady of the Assumption.
